Fawn Mckay

Fawn MCK Brodie was born on the 15th of September 1915 at Ogden Utah. She was a member of the Mormon Church's first family Fawn McKay directed her ingenious writing talents as well as her remarkable researching skills in the creation of an amazing psycho-historical account of Joseph Smith, published in 1945, entitled No Man is able to know My History. The title came from a funeral sermon given by the founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. He shocked those he addressed with the words"You don't even know me." you never knew my heart. My story is not known to anyone. It's impossible to tell. I wrote the 29-year-old Fawn: Since this moment of honesty, about three dozen writers have jumped on the gauntlet. Many have abused him others have praised him, some have even tried their hands at clinical diagnosis it is not that documents are lacking it is rather that they're wildly contradictory. Assembling these documents - sorting through third- and first-hand sources, fitting Mormons' tales of the past to non-Mormons' into an authentic history - is challenging. It is both interesting and instructive. FawnBrodie devoted herself to the profession. Thaddeus Stevens. Stevens was immortalized by her work and the fruits of her study. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974), and Richard Nixon.
